I am a professional chef with more than 11 years of experience in the gastronomic field. I love and live for cooking—a true lover of seafood. I cook to delight your palate; cooking represents my way of life. I studied at the Politecnico International Gastronomy School and at the SENA School. I worked in several renowned restaurants in Cartagena, including Di' Silvio Trattoria, San Nicolás, Hotel Meliá, Hotel Cristal Blue Barú, and Restaurante Mitú in Milan, Italy, among others.

I was fortunate to cook for the first time with my mother, the best cook, and I gained experience working in different gourmet restaurants in Cartagena.
